Contact

A record containing Person details associated with a Property transaction, such as a Tenant, Landlord, Applicant, Buyer or Vendor. Multiple Persons can be stored as part of a single Contact.

Person

A sub-set record for a Contact containing details related to an individual person. The record can include details such as email address, telephone number. Multiple Person records can be stored as part of a single Contact.

Owner

A record expressing the relationship between a Property and its Owner. The record includes the percentage of ownership an Owner has on each Property, as well whether the Owner is a Landlord or a Vendor.
